Recently my friend and neighbor Kelly had given me part of her old tempurepedic mattress topper for Calli's bed. (Kelly had purchased a new bed and the topper was a little damaged from her dog Skylar who had eaten some little holes in it) Calli moves around at night so realizing she didn't like the new addition took some time. I never got around to inserting the tempurepedic into the bottom bed layer and recently I removed it completely after realizing Calli was not sleeping in her bad at all anymore. Calli loved her bed prior to this new addition, she slept in it, played in it, and most of all dug in it! Her bed has always been two stories, the top being super soft to the touch and the bottom soft with odor eating stuff, both layers she can dig into which she loves. The tempurepedic topper was added as the bottom it was a third layer under the two already existing layers. I know you are wondering why a dog wouldn’t like sleeping on a nice tempurepedic, that is unless you have met Calli. Two other dogs were given pieces of the topper and they both just love it! I knew when I added it Calli may not like it; she is very particular about her bed, she is very particular about everything! I once tried to combine the two existing layers and the same thing happened, no Calli in the bed. I removed it Sunday afternoon and have awoken the last two nights to find Calli sleeping like a princess in her two story bed!
